Finally starting to feel a little bit stronger and less swollen than last week. Sunday was cheat-day or the whole last week actually was just cheating week, lol. I was so tired and exhausted so I couldn’t control my eating really. I’m sure some of you now what I’m talking about. I really have to work on that behavior. Anyway Sunday consisted of activities at Liseberg. An amusement park in gothenburg. And After that a lovely BBQ at my mom’s place outside the city. It was my first family get together since I got home. Was so nice to see everyone again :)
Monday - new day, new week, new accomplishment! Started of with a hard leg workout at the gym. Could increase in some exercises more or less. But I focused on back side this time. Came home from work and made my self a mango coconut milk smoothie. delicious. Then I met up with my brother and sister to play some tennis, it was so much fun it doesn’t even feel like you actually working out. Until you wake up the next day and can’t move your arms. But a great start of the week!! I also got to try my cooking skills, made some protein bars and healthy bread with raspeberry, bluberry and zuccini and topped it off with some peanut butter. yummy!!
Today, Tuesday - shoulder day! Went really good compare to last week and finished up with hiit. - -0
Min on the rodd machine. sweaty!! but I ate 2 chocolate bars afterwards, not good!! So I consider this my cheat day. We’re going out for dinner tonight at this awesome place Barabicu. Pan American style which means BBQ time, so might as well eat!! I love food and I love to eat, that’s never gonna chane :)
